Terms and Condition on purchase for Indian Customers We offer 10 days no questions asked Exchange / Refund (Exchange not applicable on products with personalisation, customisation, discounted products or products bought using gift codes or free gifts) Free Standard Shipping on purchase of goods worth Rs 500 or more across India. Since we make all products on order we do not accept cancellations. Once order is place we can't cancel it. Free repairs & warranties for 10 years from the date of purchase. (Valid only on purchases made in India. Both side shipping is to be paid by the customer.) Goods will only be eligible for repairs in case goods are not damaged due to water, moisture, storage for a long time in damp area or due to mishandling by the customer.) Normal Wear & Tear of leather, hardware, outsoles, laces, normal thread cuts and other moving parts is bound to happen hence normal wear and tear is not part of 10 years warranty. Only broken hardware, broken zipper, open stitching or torn of leather panel will be repaired under warranty. Any damage due to mishandling by the customer will not be eligible for free repairs under warranty and will be charged for. We really hope that this never happens but in such an event where you need to return one of our products we will gladly exchange the product for any other product from our website for a single or group of products with same or higher value of original purchase amount. (Exchange / Refund is not applicable on products with personalisation, customisation, discounted products or products with gift codes or free gifts) Goods should be in unused condition with all packing, dust bags and tags to be eligible for exchange. (It is at our discretion to reject a return if it seems in a used condition, scratched, spoiled or not fit for reselling.) Customised or Personalised products cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances and are considered final sale as they are not our offering as stock products and personalised only for you and hence are not resalable. Goods bought during an ongoing sale, discount, promotion or a free gift etc are not eligible for exchange or returns and are considered as final sales. To be eligible for an exchange / refund please update within 10 days of receiving the parcel. Goods should be returned in new and unused condition and along with all tags and original packing and free from any kind go scratches, wear marks or dust. Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and shipping of new product you want to exchange it for. In case of a refund once the product has passed the QC all shipping costs will be deducted (to & forth from the customer)and balance will be refunded to the customer. Refund will be processed within 5-7 working days post QC clearance. QC generally takes 3 working days from date of receiving the parcel back at the workshop. In case we do not found the product to be in resellable condition or product shows sign of wear, damage etc product will be shipped back to the customer after receiving the shipping charges for the same. Please follow our belt measuring guide and leave your size in "Notes for seller" section. In case you missed it we will reach out to you again and request you to measure your current belt. If still there is a size difference even after measurements the customer will have to pay for the return shipping for the belt, shipping of new belt and a restocking fee of 20% value of the belt as we had custom cut the belt as per your size and not sure if we will receive same size order again anytime soon. Belt can not be exchanged / refunded for any other product and is considered as final sale (discounted or not). Size can be exchanged if it's not a good fit. But we will recommend going through our belt sizing guide and sharing the measurements while placing the order. If product is damaged/ used or soiled it will not be possible for us to accept those products as returns and will be sent back to customer after receiving shipping cost for the same. In case of any manufacturing defect please reach out to us immediately and share pictures of the defect. We will replace the product (with same product and colour only) and will also pay for return shipping and shipping of the new product. Exchange is allowed only once. If a product is exchanged for some other product from the website then it will not be possible for us to exchange it again. Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return. All disputes subject to Gurgaon Jurisdiction only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate. Leather is a natural material and each hide varies in colour, softness, texture, marks etc hence we do not guarantee exactly same colour as there could be variation hide to hide and each lot in tanning process. This will not be considered as defect as it is the very characteristic of the product. SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. International shipping is calculated & charged at the time of checkout. We do not offer returns or exchange on international orders. So in case of doubt please get in touch with us before placing your order. Goods once sold are considered as final sales as there is no way of getting the products back to India. All custom duties, import duties or any other kind of taxes, fees are to be borne by the customer. We will not be responsible for any taxes, duties or fees at the time of delivery. Prices displayed are excluding of shipping, duties, import taxes, customs or any other form of fees etc.
